Description

Administrative assistant 12 months fixed contract at the Department of Human Resource under the Division of talent acquisition and HRBP, The salary is R201 756 per annum.

Responsibilities

  • typing duties to make sure that correspondence is typed & sent ibn time.
  • To make sure that resolutions are recorded formally
  • To handle complaints from employees so that a good working relationship is kept.
  • To make sure documents are filed in a correct way.
  • Control stationery.
  • To make sure that office equipment is always working in order.
  • to do general office duties so to assist with running the division efficiently so.

Minimum requirements.

Grade 12 and 2 years of experience in the field.
