Our client is looking for a young, eager and professional Personal Assistant to assist both of the company’s CEO and his Management Team. This person must have great communication, organization and computer skills.

Candidate Requirements

What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking minutes/ dictations/ notes during meetings
  • Complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
  • Maintain CEO’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel when requested
  • Coordination and management of travel plans for the Department Key personnel
  • General secretarial duties
  • Answering, screening, responding or directing calls and enquiries
  • Welcome guests by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Liaison between the CEO and clients
  • Management of office supplies inventory such as groceries, stationery and water.

 

Boxes to Tick..

  • Matric
  • Office Administrative Diploma or similar/ relevant qualification (Essential)
  • 10 Years’ Experience in an administrative environment (Essential)
  • 10 Years’ Experience in Executive Assistant or similar role (Essential).
  • Advanced MS Office experience
  • Excellent report writing skills
